Kat Impey
Kat Impey is a highly passionate and driven individual who has been working in the industry as a high- performance driver coach since 2004. She loves nothing more than to help others develop their skills and talents by inspiring them to follow their dream hobby and fulfil their career aspirations. All of this is underpinned by a unique skill set that enables her to pass on her knowledge and experience. Having been a racing driver since the age of 11, Kat understands the demands on young athletes physically and emotionally. Being able to tune in and tailor her work to each individual is a very rare, powerful tool when combined with her own history.
You will see the commitment and passion that Kat has for all that she does, stemming from having had to fight hard to establish herself as a female in a predominantly, male industry. As you might expect, Kat’s worked to gain respect and recognition within the cut-throat world of professional motor racing, as can be seen by the level of consistency she has shown as a front runner, race winner and lap record breaker in a number of categories, from professional Karting right through to the prestigious Formula Three. This experience has been enhanced by collaborating with, and coaching drivers from UK, Europe and the USA.

Richard Bott
Richard Bott is a highly skilled and experienced driver coach who adopts a friendly and relaxed approach to the way in which he works. He has a vast experience of working with racing drivers of all levels and experience and has worked with clients from across the UK, Europe and the USA. Richard has a vast working knowledge of the motor sport world and the people in it. He has helped guide the careers of a number of successful drivers. Richard is commercially astute and his friendly, approachable demeanour is a great asset in itself.
